You will complete Jump Start™ having accomplished a goal that will propel your career into action. You will approach your subsequent goals feeling empowered, as you will have gained tools and techniques to overcome obstacles such as fear, confusion and procrastination. You will gain a deep understanding of accomplishment and the skills to inspire a strong team around you and your goals.

• On the first day you will clearly articulate your career goal and a strong plan to accomplish it.
• Next, you will learn the skills of Pitching Yourself Powerfully™ in any encounter, meeting or networking event.
• You will learn how to identify your core motivation for every action you take in life and how to shift ineffective actions into effective actions.
• You will learn the biological roots of fear and how to move past it in the moment when you are stopped by fear.
• You will get feedback on how you occur when you are presenting or meeting people for the first time, as well as coaching on how to occur as authentically and powerfully as possible.
• You will identify the key people that you want to inspire to be on your team, as well as tools to inspire them to join your.
• Finally, you will complete the program with a huge sense of accomplishment and a plan to keep the momentum going.

Saturday and Sunday, October 16th and 17th, from 9am to 5pm, and four subsequent Thursday evenings, October 21st, 28th, November 4th and 11th, from 7pm to 10pm.

Participants will be broken up into smaller groups led by a team leader who will facilitate team meetings and coaching conference calls. All team leaders are alumni of Strategy Coaching™.
