The Advance Team™ is a three-month structure in which mid-career professionals create a breakthrough that will take their career to the next level. In a small group environment, individuals work towards achieving their goals with hands-on coaching, strategizing, resource-sharing and tools such as breakthrough technology. While the Advance Team™ focuses on individuals working in the entertainment industry, it is open to participants in all areas who are looking to achieve breakthroughs in their careers.
In recent Advance Teams™, a new playwright secured two readings of her play, which led to an equity production of the play within the year at a prestigious theatre. A writer/producer sold a pitch to a studio specialty division, an actress landed her first television job--a role on a pilot, and three actors signed with new representation that is passionate about them. A writer/producer of a documentary took his project from being completely stalled in the post-production process, not having even started editing, to enrolling a powerful mentor and a passionate editor working for deferred pay, secured a free post facility, and completed a rough cut in less than three months.
Another writer took a script that had been sitting on the shelf off that shelf, re-invigorated it, attached an A-list director, and together they producing it as their next project. Another actress landed more jobs in three months then she had in the previous three years-- including recurring and guest star roles she is passionate about.
A restauranteur who had long wanted to write, started his first book and completed 100 pages of it in less than three months. A high-level executive of a $300m food company negotiated her way out of a difficult job situation and into a partnership position with start-up funds for her restaurant passion project, a series of events she had not thought possible at the start of the Advance Team™. Every other Wednesday starting February 2nd, 2011, and continuing for three months through April 27th. Meetings start at 7pm and end at approximately 10pm, and take place in the Miracle Mile neighborhood of Los Angeles. In the weeks when there are no meetings, team members convene in smaller groups to strategize and support each other. Additionally, in the weeks between meetings, one-on-one phone calls with Shawn help to keep participants on track.

Early Bird price is $1299 for applicants with their application processed and $100 deposit paid by Friday, January 28th.
Regular enrollment is $1399.00.
In addition to the team meetings and coaching phone calls, this includes a two-hour, in-person coaching session for each participant. To break that down, for twice the cost of a daily coffee and scone at Starbucks, participants get 7+ hours of coaching a week, extraordinary tools and workbook that you will use to cause breakthroughs for the rest of your career, and a whole team of new relationships committed to your goals. In recognition of the current economy, we are offering 3 and six-month payment plans.
